RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please contact us through the form below with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

When can I expect my refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

Reach out to the Liberty Fulfillment staff via the support form below. We will get back to you within 1 business day. Please include an itemized list of the products in your order and your order ID number if possible.

What should I do if a product is out of stock or the redirect does not work? 

Let us know! We make every effort to ensure that our inventory is stocked but if an item is out of stock or the redirect is not working please notify us through the contact us page.

How can I check the status of my order?

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

What should I do if I cannot access my account?

If you cannot access your account start by utilizing the forgot my password feature to try to recover your account. If this is unsuccessful contact us through the contact us page and we will be able to assist you in regaining access to your account.

How can I add a new user or update an account?

You can add a new user by clicking register in the top right corner of the homepage and then selecting create an account.

If you need to update your account you will need to sign in and then click on account in the top right hand corner of the screen. From there you can view your orders and edit your accounts information.

How can I create a new account for an additional location? 

You can create an account for an additional location with that Lash Lounge locations email. Keep in mind that you can order for multiple locations from one account just ensure that the correct shipping address is input during checkout.
